Calum Gallagher: Contract Extension

It has been confirmed this morning that Calum Gallagher has inked a new deal with the Club that will see him continue to ply his trade as a St Mirren player until the summer of 2017.

Calum signed for Saints last August from Rangers going on to make his St Mirren debut against his former club a few days later.

A product of the Rangers youth system, Calum got his senior career up and going with a loan spell at Alloa Athletic over the second half of the 2012/13 season.

The following season he went on loan to East Stirlingshire and came back to make his debut for Rangers which was a scoring debut against Dunfermline Athletic.

Calum also had a stint out on loan to Cowdenbeath during the 2014/15 season.

The hard working forward made 41 appearances for Saints in his first season at Paisley and finished strongly scoring in the last three games of the season as he upped his tally to 8 goals for the season.
